The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Civil Service Cambodia, His excellency Hun Many, said that the public administration reform has not been strict measures on ministries and institutions, but rather providing support and technical assistance.
Speaking at the closing ceremony of the seminar on the “Action Plan 2024-2028 to implement key measures in public administration reform of the Royal Government, of the 7th term on November 25, 2024 in Preah Sihanouk Province, Deputy Prime Minister Hun Many said that the public administration reform in the 7th term has not been a new thing, but a continuation of previous terms that Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen has laid the foundation for the continued implementation.
He said that the public administration reform work in the 7th term has been different from the 6th term only in the method of implementation and prioritization of key measures.
The Deputy Prime Minister added that the reform work of the Royal Government has directly been led by Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
The public administration reform work is not the exclusive work of the Ministry of Civil Service Cambodia alone, but is the work of all ministries and institutions, including sub-national organizations, stressed the Minister of Public Services.
