The 2015 National Budget must be a budget of moving forward vigorously, with a strong will and determination to overcome all challenges and obstacles, towards achieving the main goals of the first phase pentagonal strategy of the Royal Government of the 7th mandate.

This was stated in a statement on December 25, 2024 by the Royal Government of Cambodia after the 2025 National Budget Law was recently promulgated by His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni.

According to the Royal Government's statement, the 2025 budget has been considered and prepared to support the sustainability of state institutions' operations, especially the implementation of key policy priorities and concrete reform measures that must be continued in 2025 to respond to Cambodia's new context, both within the domestic framework, the regional framework, and the world, especially to maximize the achievement of the five strategic goals as stated in the pentagonal Strategy Phase One , to build a foundation towards achieving the Cambodian Vision 2050, which is the policy, social, and economic agenda of the political program of the Royal Government of the 7th mandate.
