On Thursday, March 6, 2025, Cambodian Prime Minister, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet preside over the opening of the ASEAN-Cambodia Business Summit 2025 under the theme “Accelerating ASEAN Connectivity: People, Infrastructure and Trade”. The Cambodia-ASEAN Business Summit 2025 is organized in collaboration between the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce and the ASEAN-Cambodia Business Consultative Council with the International Chamber of Commerce, Cambodian Business Associations and ASEAN under three main themes: Promoting ASEAN Connectivity: People, Infrastructure and Trade.

The event was attended by Deputy Prime Ministers, Ministers, senior government officials, ambassadors and prominent business leaders from across ASEAN and the world, as well as key business leaders.

The Cambodian Chamber of Commerce previously said that the ASEAN-Cambodia Business Summit 2025 is organized with the goal of promoting ASEAN’s potential, with Cambodia at the core, and will highlight key themes for discussion, including Building ASEAN’s Future: Infrastructure Development and Regional Connectivity, Promoting Prosperity through Trade and Investment, and Human Capital: Key to Development, Trade, and Infrastructure.

The Cambodian Prime Minister, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, during the opening ceremony of the 2024 ASEAN-Cambodia Business Summit, stressed that forums such as the ASEAN Business and Investment Summit remain important for promoting regional investment and demonstrating the vitality of ASEAN’s economy to the global community.
