H.E Neth Pheaktra, Minister of Information, met with Mr.Thamarak La-Ongual, Rector of the Royal University of Ubun Ratchathani Rajabhat of Thailand in Phnom Penh on March 17, 2025.

H.E Neth Pheaktra said that providing scholarships to Cambodian students from friendly countries has served as a contribution to the development of human capital in Cambodia, which is an indispensable and essential force for the development of the national society.

H.E Neth Pheaktra highly valued the Royal University of Ubun Ratchathani Rajabhat University of Thailand for its good cooperation in human resource training.

He expressed his gratitude to the university for providing scholarships to Ministry of Information officials and the children of Ministry of Information officials.

He stressed that the Royal Government of Cambodia of the 7th mandate headed by Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, has considered human resource training a priority.

He further said that the development of human capital to be knowledgeable, skilled, talented, healthy and well-mannered has been part of the Royal Government of Cambodia’s attention to contribute to the construction and development of Cambodian society.
