On Monday, April 21, 2025, Dr. Kao Thach, the Royal Government Delegate in Charge of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) and Chairman of the Association of Development Finance Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP), together with Mr. Enrique I. Florencio, Secretary General of ADFIAP and colleagues, met with H.E Mahmood Abdullah Al Aweini, Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Development Bank of Oman, and members of the Board of Directors and senior management of the Development Bank of Oman at the Development Bank’s headquarters.

The two sides discussed a number of important agenda items related to the 48th ADFIAP Annual Meeting, which will be held from April 23 to 25, 2025 in Muscat, Oman.
