Her Excellency Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet, Permanent Vice President of the Cambodian Red Cross Committee, on behalf of Samdech Kittiprittbandit Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Red Cross Committee, received the donation on Tuesday April 22.

The King and the Mother Queen made the donation to mark the 162nd anniversary of World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day, which fall on May, 08th, 2025.

Her Excellency Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet, expressed her deepest gratitude for the donation for the Cambodian Red Cross Committee to use in humanitarian activities for the benefit of the Cambodian vulnerable people affected by various disasters throughout the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Samdech Kuy Sophal, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of the Royal Palace handed the donation to the Permanent Vice President of the Cambodian Red Cross Committee.

The 162nd anniversary of World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day will be held on May 8, 2025, under the theme "Together, Volunteer for a Healthy and Climate-Resilient Community.
