The Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia considered Thailand Cambodia’s important trade and investment partner.

The Prime Minister of Cambodia, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, made the remarks when he met with Her excellency Paetongtarn Shinawatra, Prime Minister of Thailand, in Phnom Penh on Wednesday April 23, 2025.

The Cambodian Prime Minister said that Thailand has been an important trade and investment partner of Cambodia, and the two sides discussed practical mechanisms and various complementary initiatives of the governments and the private sectors to further promote trade and investment between the two countries.

The Cambodian Prime Minister also thanked Thai business people for their trust and decision to invest in Cambodia.

The Premier also stated that Cambodia has beenready and willing to grow together with Thailand in the fields of trade, investment, and innovation.
