Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate and President of the Cambodian People’s Party arrived in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam on Tuesday April 29, 2025.

Samdech Techo Hun Sen attended the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification organized by the Vietnamese government from April 29 to 30.

During his stay in Ho Chi Minh city, Samdech Techo Hun Sen had separate meetings with His Excellency To Lam, Secretary General of The Communist Party of Vietnam, His Excellency Tran Thanh Man, President of the National Assembly of Vietnam and His Excellency Pham Minh Chinh.

The President of the Cambodian Senate also met with leaders of other countries who were present at the celebration.

Samdech Techo Hun Sen’s trip to Vietnam was made at the invitation of the Prime Minister of Vietnam, His Excellency Pham Minh Chinh.
