The Cambodian Prime Minister encourages National Police Force to continue to focus on improving skills building

The Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia encouraged the personnel of theNational Police to continue their spirit of perseverance and focus on improving skills, techniques, and operational quality to achieve the common goal of maintaining peace and ensuring the safety of citizens and society.

In his message addressed nationwide to markthe 80th anniversary of the National Police May 16, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Mnister said that the Kingdom of Cambodia hascurrently been continuing to move forward strongly and energetically, with progress in all sectors, towards achieving the goal of becoming an upper-middle-income country by 2030.

The Prime Minister continued to say that the country has been in a state of complete peace and prosperity and has maintained independence, national sovereignty, territorial integrity, political stability, especially national security, public order and social safety. All political, diplomatic, economic, tourism and cultural objectives, and the overseas visits of the King, the government leaders have raised the country’s profile and image on the international stage.

The living standards of the people have become more comfortable, and their mental and physical well-being have also been gradually improved, stressed the Prime Minister. On behalf of the Royal Government, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet express his appreciation for all these glorious achievements and encouraged all the national police forces to continue to strive for perseverance and to pay attention to improving their skills, techniques and quality of operations to achieve the common goal of protecting peace, ensuring the safety of the people and the national society.
