Cambodian Prime Minister: Even if Thailand disagrees with Cambodia, Cambodia will still file a complaint with the International Court of Justice

The Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia said that the Royal Government of Cambodia has always tried to resolve the borderissues peacefully based on technical mechanismand international law.
Addressing the opening ceremony of the first congress of the Senate and the National Assembly, held on Monday June 2 under the chairmanship of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate and Chairman of the first Congress of the Senate and the National Assembly, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia, said that the Joint Border Commission of Cambodia has been preparing documents to bring the issues of the Ta Moan Thom Temple, Ta Moan Toch Temple, Ta Krabey Temple and the Mum Bei areas before the International Court of Justice

The Cambodian Prime Minister continued to say that the Royal Government of Cambodia wantedto expedite and end the border conflict between the two countries.

He added that Cambodia hoped that the Thai side would agree with Cambodia to jointly take this issue to the International Court of Justice in a spirit of mutual faith and honesty to avoid armed confrontation due to uncertainty.
