The Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia said that support and assistance from all walks of life everywhere has been a great encouragement to the army.

Addressing the opening ceremony of the first congress of the Senate and the National Assembly, held on Monday June 2 under the chairmanship of Samdech Akka Moha SenaPadei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate and Chairman of the first Congress of the Senate and the National Assembly,  Cambodian Prime Minister , Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, has stated that the Royal Government of Cambodia has had sufficient capacity to supply troops at the border, but support from all walks of life everywhere has been a great encouragement to the army.

Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet told the Congress that on June 1, 2025, he personally met with the Cambodian army commanders and forces stationed at the border of Preah Vihear province. He said that the Cambodian army has been ready to defend the territory and territorial integrity of Cambodia.

He added that Cambodia has had no intention to invade neighboring countries and has not wanted even a millimeter of any country's territory.

The Cambodian Prime Minister also expressed his gratitude for the overwhelming support from Cambodian citizens from all over the country and abroad for the troops by continuously donating funds, equipment, and food, and posting messages of support on social media and through all other means.
