The point was made by Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the kingdom of Cambodia, in his intervention the first Congress of the National Assembly and Senate at the National Assembly Palace on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, the second day of the Congress.

The Prime Minister highlighted that the agricultural sector contributed 16% of the gross domestic product despite the decline in the industrial and service sectors.
