The Ministry of Information of Cambodia has been preparing for the hosting of the 20th Asia Media Summit.

H.E. Neth Pheaktra, Minister of Information, called a meeting of officials of the Ministry of Information to review the preparation process for the 20th Asia media summit to be held from July 20 to 24, 2025 in Siem Reap province.

His Excellency Neth Pheaktra told the meeting that the fight against fake news had to the topic that dominated the sessions of the Summit.

The Ministry of Information will organize the Summit in collaboration with the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Development Institute.

This is the second time after Cambodia hosted the 16th Media Summit in 2019.
