Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate of Cambodia, has greeted the 74th anniversary of the Kingdom of Cambodia’s membership in UNESCO.

Samdech Techo Hun Sen posted his greeting on his official Facebook page on the Thursday, July 3, 2025.

Since becoming a member of UNESCO, the Kingdom of Cambodia has successivelyinscribed its tangible heritage on the World Register to preserve the original forms of culture and the invaluable legacy left by Cambodian ancestors.

July 3 marks the 74th anniversary of Cambodia’s membership in UNESCO, whose mission is to maintain peace and security in the world by promoting cooperation among nations through education, science, culture and communication.
