Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and H.E Cherdkiat ATTHAKOR, Ambassador of Thailand to Cambodia, agreed to further strengthen bilateral relations, especially cooperation and exchanges in all fields, including the improvement of the national economy and the living standards of the people of the two countries.
The agreement was made when H.E Thai Ambassador to Cambodia paid a courtesy call on Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet on January 10, at the peace palace in Phnom Penh.
The ambassador profoundly thanks to Samdech Thipadei Prime Minister for allowing him and his colleagues to pay a courtesy call and spoke about the development of friendly relations and good cooperation between Cambodia and Thailand in the past and reaffirmed his commitment to further strengthen this relationship
The Ambassador also thanked Samdech Thipadei and the Royal Government of Cambodia for warmly welcome the Thai Prime Minister during his official visit to Cambodia in September 2023 and reaffirmed his anticipation of the upcoming official visit of the Cambodian Prime Minister to the Kingdom of Thailand.
For his part, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet welcomed the presence of Thai Ambassador and his colleagues and thanked for their commitment to help strengthen the Cambodian-Thai cooperation. He also spoke about the progress of cooperation in many potential areas, including trade, tourism and people-to-people contacts.
