Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet said that the change of the name of the Ministry of National Assembly-Senate Relations and Inspection to the Ministry of Inspection would help the Ministry to better and more effectively play its role as executive body of the Royal Government regarding the implementation of good governance.

This statement was made when Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet presided over the closing ceremony of the annual meeting of the Ministry of Inspection on February 13, 2024, in Phnom Penh.

Samdech Thipadei Prime Minister added that the reform has been an important task and monitoring a core task for the Royal Government of the seventh mandate to carry out reforms and strengthen governance in order to make state institutions modern public administrations with high capacity, smart and cleanliness.

The Prime Minister of Cambodia stressed that in order to fulfill this inspection task, monitoring and inspecting, observing, researching on the implementation of all procedures has still been key to assessing the responsibility and the advantages and disadvantages in activities so as to make better improvements.
