KSI Strategic Institute to host summit to attract investment to Cambodia

According to the President of the KSI Strategic Institute for Asia-Pacific, the Strategic Institute plans to host the 2024 Global Summit on Technology and Economy and the Asia-Pacific Entrepreneurship and Economy Summit 2024 in Cambodia as an opportunity to attract investors in the ASEAN region. Around the world saw firsthand the investment opportunities in Cambodia.

The point was made by Mr.Tan Sri Michael Yeoh, President of KSI Asia-Pacific Institute of Strategy, when he paid a courtesy call on Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, on April 8th 2024, at the peace palace.The President of the Institute expressed his deep gratitude to the Samdech Thipadei for allowing him and his colleagues to pay a courtesy call and discuss the work, and congratulated Samdech Thipadei on his appointment as the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, of the 7th legislature of the National Assembly in August 2023. 

The President of the Institute also appreciated the development and progress in all areas of the Kingdom of Cambodia until now, and he is confident that under the leadership of Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, Cambodia will have more development. For his part, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet warmly welcomed the President of the Institute and his colleagues and expressed his pleasure on the organization of these two more programs Cambodia. 

Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet also stressed that the Royal Government of Cambodia, which has the National Bank of Cambodia, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and relevant ministries and institutions, has been working to promote the development of technology to integrate the Cambodian economy to the digital economy. In addition, the Cambodian Prime Minister also said that the Royal Government of the seventh mandate would continue to develop policies based on the spirit of unity and sustainability to achieve the vision of 2050 to become a high-income country, focusing on the development of human capital, which is an indispensable condition for promoting diversification and sustainable and environmental economic growth.
