(ទីក្រុងហ្សឺណែវ សហព័ន្ធស្វីស)៖ នាល្ងាចថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅទីស្នាក់ការសន្និសីទអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិស្តីពីពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងការអភិវឌ្ឍ (UNCTAD) នៅទីក្រុងហ្សឺណែវ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ លោកជំទាវ Rebeca GRYNSPAN អគ្គលេខាធិការនៃអង្គការ UNCTAD ដើមី្បពិភាក្សាការងារស្ដីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការងារនានា។ នៅក្នុងជំនួបនេះ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីបានជម្រាបអំពីវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃវិស័យសេដ្ឋកិច្ចឌីជីថល និងពាណិជ្ជកម្មតាមប្រព័ន្ធអេឡិចត្រូនិកនៅកម្ពុជា រួមទាំងក្របខណ្ឌគោលនយោបាយសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងសង្គមឌីជីថលកម្ពុជា ២០២១-២០៣៥។
ជាកិច្ចឆ្លើយតប លោកជំទាវអគ្គលេខាធិការ បានបង្ហាញគោលជំហរគាំទ្រកម្ពុជា តាមរយៈការផ្តល់ជំនួយជាការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ និងស្ថិតិសម្រាប់វិស័យសេដ្ឋកិច្ចឌីជីថល ហើយលោកជំទាវក៏បានបញ្ជាក់បន្ថែមទៀតថា អង្គការ UNCTAD យល់ពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការលើកកម្ពស់សហគ្រិនភាព ជាពិសេសសម្រាប់សហគ្រាសមីក្រូ ធុនតូច និងមធ្យម (MSMEs) របស់កម្ពុជា និងបានស្នើឱ្យកម្ពុជាលើកទឹកចិត្តសហគ្រិនឱ្យចូលរួមកម្មវិធីលើកកម្ពស់សមត្ថភាពសហគ្រិន EMPRETEC ក្នុងចំណោមគម្រោងជាច្រើនទៀត ដែលបានអភិវឌ្ឍឡើងនិងផ្តល់ជូនដល់ប្រទេសជាសមាជិករបស់អង្គការ UNCTAD ជាពិសេសសមាជិកជាប្រទេសអភិវឌ្ឍន៍តិចតួច (LDCs)។
ជាមួយនេះ លោកជំទាវក៏បានបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថាអង្គការ UNCTAD បានរាយការណ៍ជូនលោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីថា អំពីការចូលរួមគាំទ្រប្រទេសកម្ពុជាក្នុងការរៀបចំច្បាប់វិធានប្រពភដើមទំនិញ ការរៀបចំការវាយតម្លៃទម្រង់ភាពងាយរងគ្រោះ ការវាយតម្លៃគម្លាតសមត្ថភាពផលិតភាពជាតិ និងការកសាងសមត្ថភាពដល់មន្រ្តីចរចាវិធានប្រពភដើមទំនិញនៅក្នុងអង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោកសម្រាប់ការចាកចេញរបស់កម្ពុជាចាកចេញពីប្រទេសអភិវឌ្ឍន៍តិចតួច។ ជាការឆ្លើយតប លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណជូនដល់លោកជំទាវ Rebeca GRYNSPAN អគ្គលេខាធិការនៃអង្គការ UNCTAD ដែលបានជួយគាំទ្រដល់កម្ពុជាក្នុងការកសាងសមត្ថភាពនិងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាច្រើននៅក្នុងវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្មនិងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ចកម្ពុជា។

(Geneva, Switzerland): In the evening of Monday, 6 May 2024, at the UNCTAD headquarter in Geneva, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, and the Cambodian delegation met with Her Excellency Rebeca GRYNSPAN, Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). Her Excellency Minister informed UNCTAD on the progress of the digital economy and e-commerce sectors in Cambodia, including the Digital Economy and Society Policy Framework 2021–2035.
In response, Her Excellency Secretary-General expressed her full support for Cambodia through research studies and statistics for digital economy, while she also emphasized that UNCTAD recognizes the importance of entrepreneurship, especially in MSMEs and requests that Cambodia help encourage local entrepreneurs to take advantage of the upscaling program called EMPRETEC, among other projects and initiatives developed and funded by UNCTAD for its members, especially LDCs.
Her Excellency Secretary-General also stated that UNCTAD has been supporting Cambodia in developing the Laws on Rules of Origin, providing Vulnerability Profiles Studies, National Productive Capacities Gap Assessment, and the capacity building programs for government officials in charge of Rules of Origin at the World Trade Organization in preparation for Cambodia’s LDC graduation. Her Excellency Minister thanks UNCTAD for its support, especially Her Excellency Rebeca GRYNSPAN, who has been very supportive in terms of providing many capacity-building programs and cooperation in trade and economic development for Cambodia.
