Samdech Thipadei Prime Minister added that in addition to winning the games, hosting the SEA Games has raised the country's prestige on the international stage, especially the strengthening of diplomatic ties and the strengthening of cooperation and good relations with friendly countries and has helped to promote friendship, strengthen and expand international relations, and economic activity through tourism.
The Cambodian Prime Minister affirmed that another great national interest was to enhance patriotism, strengthen solidarity and friendship, which has contributed significantly to the strengthening of unity of the nation and peace in Cambodia.
