Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, led a high-level delegation to pay an official visit to Lao PDR from March 25 to 26 2024. The visit was made at the invitation of His Excellency Dr. Sonexay SIPHANDONE, Prime Minister of the Lao PDR, according to the press release of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International cooperation of Cambodia.
The official visit was accompanied by His Excellency SOK Chenda Sophea, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, along with other ministers, key government officials, and representatives from the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce.
During the visit, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Thongloun SISOULITH, President of the Lao PDR and held bilateral talks with his counterpart, Prime Minister Sonexay SIPHANDONE to discuss elevating bilateral cooperation across a wide range of fields. They also exchanged views on sub- regional, regional and international issues of common interest and concern. The meeting was followed by the signing of several documents.
Samdech Thipadei is scheduled to receive a courtesy call by His Excellency Khambai DAMLAT, President of the Lao-Cambodian Friendship Association. He will also meet Cambodian Business Club members and Cambodian students.
