The Cambodian Prime Minister, Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet, presided over the official opening of the Cambodian Federation of Investors and Solidarity Dinner.
The Federation of Cambodian Investors Association was established with the aim of mobilizing the composition of each association into a large platform, strengthening and expanding activities to attract foreign investors from all countries, investing in Cambodia, contributing to national economic development in accordance with Royal Government of Cambodia.
Mobilizing investment from both local and foreign investors is an important goal of the Royal Government to promote the national economy and the well-being of the people.
The presence of Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet at the official opening of the Association of Cambodian Investors Federation shows the strong support of the Royal Government on the activities of the association.
Mr. Ly Khun Thai, President of the Cambodian Federation of Investors Association, said that the Cambodian Federation of Investors Association was formed by a joint initiative by nine associations. Through these nine member associations, it has contributed to attracting more than US$15.2 billion in foreign investment in Cambodia and employing more than 640,000 workers.
