The head of the Royal Government of Cambodia has announced the reopening of the country in all fields from November 1st , 2021, while all public and private educational institutions opened on Nov,1st ,2021.
The announcement was made when Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen presided over a ceremony to conclude the COVID-19 vaccination campaign for children aged 6 and over and to launch the vaccination of children aged 5 on the Morning of November 1st,2021.
The Cambodian Prime Minister further said that Cambodia has already a big test during the Pchum Ben festival, when holidaymakers were allowed to move from one tourist site to another throughout the country. He said that after this test, it is possible to assess whether it should go forward or backward.
