On the night of October 31, 2021, Samdech Techo Hun Sen announced that Cambodia has vaccinated 10 million people of COVID-19, equivalent to 100% of the 10 million people targeted for vaccinations, and the 10th million of the Covid-19 recipient was 89-year-old Sok Phat living in Siem Reap province.
In addition to vaccinating more than 10 million people over the age of 18, 1,788,802 children and adolescents aged 12 to 18, or 97.89%, and children aged 6 and over up to 12, have also received the jabs.
H.E Mrs Or Vandine will bring 10 million Riels and other materials directly to the 10th million Covid-19 recipient.
Samdech Techo also wished his compatriots a happiness, prosperity and being free from COVID-19 disease.
