The Ministry of Public Works completes the waste-water system project using 5 development partner funds and 3 projects are under construction

The Ministry of Public Works and Transport has completed the implementation of the waste-water system project.

H.E Peng PorNea, Minister of Public Works and Transport spoke of the project completion when he presided over the opening ceremony of the annual sum –up meeting of the Ministry on February 28th.

The Minister of Public Works and Transport said that in 2023, the Ministry completed the waste-water system project using the budget of five development partners.

The Minister added that the implementation of 3 other projects has been ongoing. 

The first project is the construction of sewer network.

The second is the construction project of wastewater treatment plant. 

and the third is the construction project for landfills.

The projects have been implemented in several towns and provinces in the country.
