Three documents on cooperation between Cambodia and Vietnam were signed on December 11, 2023 in the presence of Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and H.E Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
The three documents include a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in Science, Technology and Innovation between the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation of Cambodia and the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam, a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations and the Vietnam Academy of Diplomacy and a Memorandum of Understanding between the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce.
The signing ceremony took place during the two-day official visit to Vietnam by Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet from December 11 to 12, 2023.
