H.E PHAM Minh Chinh, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, congratulated Samdech Prime Minister Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, on his election as Vice-Chairman of the 44th Central Committee of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP).
The Vietnamese extended the congratulation during a meeting between the two prime Ministers in Hanoi on December 11, 2023.
H.E Pham Minh Chinh welcomed the first official visit of Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet to Vietnam after over three months in office.
H.E Pham Minh Chinh also expressed confidence that under the leadership of Prime Minister Hun Manet, Cambodia would further develop towards achieving the vision of transforming Cambodia into an upper middle income country by 2030 and high income one by 2050.
Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet expressed his thanks to the Vietnamese Prime Minister for his warm welcome for his first official visit as Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
