A delegation of the Cambodian Ministry of Health has been on a working visit to Hong Kong from March 23 to 27, 2025.

The delegation has been led by H.E Cheang Ra, Minister of Health.

The visit was made at the invitation of the health authorities of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.

During the visit, the Minister of Health held bilateral meetings with senior leaders of health authorities, hospitals, universities, and other institutions of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

The purpose of the visit is to explore the possibilities of strengthening and expanding cooperation, especially to further explore the implementation of health priorities and health strategic plans to achieve universal health coverage in accordance with the first phase pentagonal strategy of the Royal Government of the 7th mandate of the National Assembly, headed by Samdech Thipadei Hun Ment, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The delegation left Phnom Penh on Sunday March 23, 2025.
