Cambodia and Thailand have concluded 7 cooperation agreements.
The signing of the agreements took place in Phnom Penh on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 during the official visit of the Thai Prime Minister Her excellency Paetongtarn Shinawatra to Cambodia.
Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and H.E Ms. Paetongtarn Shinawatra, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, witnessed signing ceremony of 07 documents cooperation.
The 7 documents included:
The Agreement on the use of labor, theMemorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of labor, the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Environment of Cambodia and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Thailand on cooperation in transboundary environmental protection, the Agreement on the management, maintenance and use of the Cambodia-Thai Friendship Bridge (Stung Bot-Ban Nong Ian), the Agreement on the construction of the Phsar Prum-Ban Phakat border bridge, theMemorandum of Understanding on the provision of technical assistance and on the feasibility study on the project to upgrade the quality of National Road No. 57 between the Ministry of Public Works and Transport of Cambodia and the Cooperation Agency for the Economic Development of Neighboring Countries of Thailand and the Exchange of Letters on Project to strengthen the capacity of the Cambodia-Thai Vocational Development Institute.
