The Royal Government of Cambodia, has continued to implement the National Policy on the elderly by continuing to promote the implementation of active community-based development programs for the elderly and their family.
The President of the National Assembly, Samdech Khuon Sodary, spoke of the royal government’s policy for the elderly during a meeting with a retired former General Secretary of the National Assembly, on Monday April 8, 2024 at the National Assembly office.
The President of the National Assembly thanked all the officials, especially the retirees, for their hard work, dedication and determination
The National Assembly President added that the Royal Government of the 7th mandate under the leadership of Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister, has continued the implementation of the National Strategic Health Plan 2016-2030 to promote quality, safe and equitable health care services for all people.
The Royal Government also pays close attention to the provision of quality and effective primary health care services at health centers and the provision of health services at the village-commune level in rural areas, said the President of the National Assembly.
