The Cambodian National Assembly President congratulates the Cambodian-Thai governments for continuing to strengthen open cooperation based on mutual trust to bring benefits to both countries

The President of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Samdech KhuonSudary, considered the visit of Her excellency Paetongtarn Shinawatra, Prime Minister of Thailand, to Cambodia as another important event for the people of both countries, and as well as the governments and parliaments of the two countries.

The President of the National Assembly also said that this visit adds a new impetus to the strategic partnership between the two countries.

The National Assembly President made this statement when she received a courtesy call by Thai Prime Minister, at the National Assembly Palace on Wednesday April 23, 2025.

The Prime Minister of Thailand, pays an official visit to Cambodia from April 23 and 24, 2025, this visit was made at the invitation of SamdechThipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The President of the National Assembly emphasized that the Cambodian National Assembly is very happy and satisfied with the bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries, which have been maintained, enriched and continuously developed over the past 75 years and have achieved proud results based on mutual respect and trust. These achievements and progress have not only provided common benefits to the two nations, but also have significantly contributed to promoting peace and prosperity in the region and the world, added the National Assembly president.
