Cambodian King expresses his confidence that Samdech Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate of the fifth mandate would continuing to lead the Senate toward making more achievements for the nation

His Majesty Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, expressed his confidence that Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate of the fifth mandate would continuing to lead the Senate toward making more achievements for the nation and the people of Cambodia.  

His Majesty the King expressed his confidence in a message congratulating Samdech Techo Hun Sen on his election as the President of the Senate of Cambodia for the 5th term.

The Cambodian Monarch praised Samdech Techo Hun Sen as the wisest and talented national leader, leading the nation to peace and building many national achievements in all fields. 

The King said that Samdech Techo Hun Sen has tirelessly worked to eradicate poverty, improve the living standards of the people in the society and enhance the prestige of the nation on the national and international stage.

In the message, the Cambodian King believed that "Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo, together with all of the Senators, will continue do their best to preserve the culture, traditions, customs and morals of the nation.

All of the 62 Senators unanimously voted for Samdech Techo Hun Sen to be President of the Senate in the first session of the Senate on Wednesday April 3, 2024.
