Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate of Cambodia, extended the warm welcome on his official social Facebook post on April 16.
His Excellency Xi Jinping, President of the People’s Republic of China, made a state visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia from April 17 to 18, 2025.

During his two-day state visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Chinese President is granted royal audience by His Majesty the King Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni and Her Majesty Norodom Monineath Sihanouk, the Queen-Mother.

The Chinese President will hold a bilateral meeting with Samdech Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia, to discuss the strengthening of bilateral ties and exchange views on regional and international issues of common interest.

This state visit of His Excellency Xi Jinping, President of the People’s Republic of China, to the kingdom of Cambodia is an important event that will further strengthen the traditional friendship between the two countries.
