Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of Cambodia, said that his meeting with the Pakistani ambassador was a demonstration of the efforts to promote cooperation between the governments of the two countries.
His Excellency Sar Sokha, who is also deputy prime minister, met with H.E Zaheeruddin Babar Thaheem, Ambassador of Pakistan to Cambodia, in Phnom Penh on Monday April 8.
Deputy Prime Minister Sar Sokha warmly welcomed the presence of the Pakistani ambassador and his contribution to promotin closer cooperation between Pakistan and Cambodia.
H.E Zaheeruddin Babar Thaheem, Ambassador of Pakistan to Cambodia, expressed his strong belief in the leadership of the Royal Government of Cambodia, which strives to achieve better results, especially in poverty reduction.
The Pakistani Ambassador believed that the Ministry of Interior would continue to achieve even greater achievements.
The Ambassador also expressed his strong belief in the leadership of the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Ministry of Interior in striving to achieve better results, especially in poverty reduction and in combatting transnational crimes including human trafficking, drugs and fraud.
