The President of Laos expresses his hope that the relationship between the two countries' legislatures would be further enhanced and that the two countries would continue to be strategic partners

Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate of Cambodia considered the visit of the President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic to Cambodia a move to further strengthen the relationship between the peoples and the parties of the two good neighboring countries. 

Samdech Techo Hun Sen made the point when he met with H.E Thongloun Sisoutlith, President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, in Phnom Penh on Tuesday April 23.

Samdech Techo Hun Sen also expressed his gratitude for congratulations from the leadership of Laos on the success of the Cambodian People's Party in the last Senate election and on the election of Samdech Techo Hun Sen as President of the Senate.

H.E Thongloun Sisoutlith expressed his hope that the relationship between the two countries' legislatures would be further enhanced and that the two countries would continue to be strategic partners in all aspects.

The President of Laos also thanked Samdech Techo Hun Sen, for always supporting Laos.

H.E Thongloun Sisoutlith, President of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic arrived in Cambodia on Tuesday April 23 on a two-day official visit from April 23 to 24, 2024. The visit was made at the invitation of His Majesty the King of Cambodia.
